Haywards 5000

It is among the Super Strong Sons of a beers on sale, at a high percentage of 8.25 % with a very strong taste of Hops ( aka Bitter like hell ).
KingFisher Red has some competition a few cans of this monster are good enough to send the best of us in the state of Trance, a few extra cans and bam you are gonna be puking your innards out.
Its a beer made in Punjab by Punjab and for Punjab, therefore Burrrraaaaaaaaaa alert if ever you wish to knock your self out with beer. Yes, I know Haywards is owned by SABMILLER group, which originated in London England, the beer under consideration is brewed by ADIE BROSWON BREWERIES LIMITED ( the same plant that makes another very strong beer called Carling ) just outside of GURDASPUR, PUNJAB.
A bit of research ( reading the label ) you come across the components, barley, malted barley, the bitter blast of hops and our magic portion Yeast, till this point its alright nothing too special but there another component that is a bit ambiguous RICE/MAIZE/SUGAR, for more Starch and sugars for the YEAST to act on and produce more alcohol.

Wak Factor :
Wak Wak Wak it is a very Wakky beer, honestly I hated extra strong beers since the start of my beer journey. This one is a very bitter beer with a strong alcoholic after taste, it works fine for the Indian demographic but it bit too non beer like for my comfort. It is not a bad brew, there nothing wrong with the beer, it just is too bitter.
On the Wak Factor it is at the top of the scale with GODFATHER and KingFisher RED, I give it a 4.5 on the Wak Scale

Chuggability :
Luckily this beer is relatively easy to Chug when compared to the other super strong beers. That being said it is chug gable upto a limited volume, given that its sold in two options the 500 ml can and the 650 ml bottle, we poured it into a beer mug and then did the experiment. The stock volume was beyond the range that any of my fellow beer-da-vinci's could take in one go. 
I rate it a 2 on the Chuggability.

Paagi Thekka Kithe

It is among the few beers that are almost as common as Kingfisher, every liquor vend in Punjab will have some stock of Haywards. If I can find a can in a road side thekka in some nameless village on the distant outskirts of Amritsar, then for sure you can find it at the Snooty Liquor Store. It is not available in bars though, apparently serving a super strong local brew is bad for the image, like Kingfisher Strong Draught is a classy Drink.
A 4 point on the Scale of 5.

I'm not in a mood to type much and nor is there is any data left about the beer, it is a beer in a bottle and a Can.

Thunderbolt Premium Extra Strong BEER

Its been a month since the last time a good beer travelled north of Delhi, deep into the heart of Punjab. With the supreme court tightening the noose around the supply of Alcohol, aapna thekka Chandigarh is rendered useless. We Punjabi's are stuck with an old stock of super strong beer and we take on the Thunderbolt tonight Super bloodystrong beer, 8.25 % alcohol volume, a very bitter after taste. CARLING Premium Strong

My Thekka or the Liquor Store I buy my stock from called up About a New batch with Carling and Haywards etc had come in, and I would no longer have to make do with the Thunderbolt. So we picked up our Helmet and Rode down to the thekka in the middle of a wet evening with occasional thunder to get our beer fix. The ride in the rain was worth it, the BEER... Bleh Not at all... CARLING BRITAINS NUMBER ONE BEER, I did not say that it is written on the bloody Label. Generic Beer at best and too bloody expensive for absolutely no reason. C.B.S.E style point system Color : Buttery Yellow with a Shimmy Finish, just like every other super strong beer on sale in Punjab.
